1974 Honda CB750

Bob decided to hammer in a tank one day last summer and left it on the shelf nearly a year, then in the spring time he had it painted. Then when the black 72 750 sold, it was time to build another bike for summer.

June 2nd the black bike left and the build started.

The frame was stripped and shaved, fresh paint applied.
Then the motor was cleaned and torn down, fresh paint, gaskets, everything checked.
Powder coated the clutch inspection plate, points cover, brake pedal, shifter, kickstarter.
Sonic cleaned the carbs and rebuilt.
All new cables, clubman bars, NOS Honda right and left controls.
Aftermarket speedo and tach.
Rebuilt front caliper and master cylinder
Powder coated the original front rim, polished the hub and respoked with oem spokes.
Powder coated a 16 inch Harley rim and laced it to the freshly polished Honda hub, with custom spokes.
New rear sprocket and chain

Braided stainless oil lines and front brake lines.
Used a later model front fender and modified to hug the front tire.
Dropped the front end to level the bike.
Set the new tank on, bolted up the custom seat section and covered the seat.
New tires

This bike was completed and taken to the
2010 Mid Ohio Vintage Days
